Dimora del mare 1

Dimora del Mare 1 is a fully renovated and newly furnished apartment on the ground floor of a quietly located terraced house. The house is situated in the first row along the seafront promenade. The sea and the wide sandy beach are only about 100 metres away. The town centre, with shops, restaurants and other amenities, is also within easy walking distance.

Dimora del Mare consists of three separate apartments that are rented independently. Dimora del Mare 1 is located on the ground floor, Dimora del Mare 2 on the first floor and Dimora del Mare 3 on the second floor. Guests may therefore also be staying in the other two apartments during your stay.

The property is accessed through a gated entrance leading to a small, protected front courtyard. Dimora del Mare 1 can be reached directly from this courtyard. Two steps must be climbed to enter the apartment. Although the apartment is located on the ground floor, it is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in a modern style in 2026. It is particularly designed for families, active guests and health-conscious travellers who value cleanliness, peace and a well-maintained living environment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for up to four people and provides everything needed to prepare meals together. The equipment includes a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, sufficient crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and other practical kitchen items.

Dimora del Mare 1 has a spacious separate bedroom with a large double bed. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed with sleeping space for two people. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to four guests in total.

Modern air-conditioning systems ensure pleasant temperatures and restful sleep, even during the hot summer months. The rooms can also be effectively darkened. Wi-Fi and a television are also available.

Unlike Dimora del Mare 2 and Dimora del Mare 3, the apartment does not have a balcony. It does, however, have a small inner courtyard, providing a protected outdoor area directly beside the apartment. Families will also find children’s toys, books and other family-friendly amenities in the apartment.

Dimora del Mare is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the terraced house, including inside the apartments, in the stairwell, in the courtyard or on the balconies. Pets are also not allowed. This explicitly includes small dogs, cats and all other animals.

Dimora del Mare is easily accessible by car and is located approximately six kilometres from the nearest motorway exit. Free public parking is available directly in front of the house and along the adjacent side street. Parking spaces may be used subject to availability but cannot be reserved. Roseto degli Abruzzi railway station is around 1,700 metres from the accommodation and can be reached comfortably on foot. Roseto is also served by FlixBus, making it easy to travel from other Italian cities and nearby countries. The nearest airport is in Pescara and can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes. Bicycles can be stored safely in the protected courtyard of the house.

Dimora del Mare is located in a quiet and safe residential area. As the accommodation is situated just outside the immediate town centre, the surroundings are particularly peaceful during the evening and at night. At the same time, the sea, the beach and the town centre are all within easy reach. The location is therefore ideal for guests who appreciate relaxation and tranquillity without having to give up convenient access to restaurants, shops and other amenities.
